Products Eligible for CCC Exemption and Required Documentation

Components imported for the exclusive purpose of manufacturing finished products that will be entirely exported may apply for an exemption from CCC certification. The applicant must be the factory/company that uses these components.

The following documents are required:

1. Business License of the applicant;

2. Letter of Commitment for Post-Import Supervision;

3. Export contract for the finished goods;

4. Import contract, commercial invoice, or bill of lading that includes a detailed product list.

Furthermore, the applicant must retain supporting documents such as the Export Customs Declaration Form to fulfill subsequent regulatory requirements.
